Efficiency
Once mushrooms past Level 8 are unlocked, use Scythes to clear Level 3s if you have three or more on the board — especially when you cannot connect them.
The same idea applies to mushrooms about 4–5 levels below your highest.
Only use Nutrient Solution when the whole board is filled with decent-level mushrooms for your current progression.
If the board is too empty, move mushrooms back and forth to trigger spawns while lining up 2–3 of the same type. Keep highest-level mushrooms separated so you use space well and give lower mushrooms a better chance to spawn into a four-of-a-kind.
Do not always connect four unless the board is crowded or you need space to move another mushroom. Connecting three preserves stamina and lets new spawns complete the four for you.
Never connect more than four high-level mushrooms on purpose: linking 4, 5, or 20 of the same level still yields only one upgrade.
Board placement and scythes
For top play, park the highest-level mushroom in the center rather than a corner so more tiles can connect into it and you can push the highest merge level.
- Before Level 8, let spawns do most of the merging — just keep connections clear.
- After Level 8, clear the board more actively and scythe out mushrooms that no longer spawn.
- Roughly, new mushrooms spawn about 2–5 levels below your maximum (e.g. highest Level 8 spawn Levels 3–6).
F2P: use Nutrient Solution only when the board is locked and you cannot progress — it is a get-out-of-jail card.
In-game help
Mushroom Adventure is a limited-time event in Pop Epoch. Typical rules are below; schedules and rewards can change by season.
Rules
- Mushrooms range from Lv. 1 to Lv. 35. Move mushrooms to connect 4 or more mushrooms of the same level to merge them into 1 higher-level mushroom. Each merge grants points and Tier Points. The higher the mushroom level, the more points and Tier Points you earn.
- When the Gift Box progress bar is full, you will receive a random reward box.
- There is a limit to how many mushrooms can be on the board. Once the board reaches its capacity, the game ends. You can then use items to continue or start a new game.
First Merge Reward
- During the event, the first time you merge a mushroom of a certain level, you can claim the corresponding first merge reward.
Tier
- Reach the required tier to claim the corresponding tier reward.
- The higher your tier, the higher your maximum stamina cap.
Ranking Rules
- During the event, personal rankings are based on cumulative points.
- After the event ends, claim ranking rewards based on your final rank.
Shop Rules
- Merge mushrooms to earn [Mushrooms], which can be used to redeem items in the shop.
Unused Item Rules
- After the event ends, any unused [Coconut Water], [Nutrient Solution], and [Sickle] will be converted into [Mushrooms].
